Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Estimator/ Co-Ordinator located in Calgary AB. As a Commercial Estimator and Co-Ordinator, your day-to-day duties will include organizing tender schedule and related documents, completing quantity take offs, reviewing commercial plans to determine scopes of work and providing detailed and accurate quantity measurements. The role requires you to work with Project Managers, Project Co-Ordinator's and other estimators so team collaboration and great attention to detail are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing tender schedule

• Completing quantity take offs

• Reviewing commercial plans to determine scopes of work and providing detailed and accurate quantity measurements

Qualifications

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role or field level experience

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Experience working with relevant software such as Microsoft Office, Planswift and the Edge

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards

What we offer:

 Compensationrange of $60-85K per year, for hours worked, and will be based on industry
 experience. We offer a number of extra benefits as listed below, but maybe subject to a
 probationary waiting period.
