Part-Time
We started as a spray foam company. Then insulation. Then firestopping. Then roofing. Then concrete lifting. Then protective coatings. We didn't plan all of that, we just refused to stop. We are loyal to a fault, relentlessly optimistic, and we do the little things nobody sees. That's not a tagline. That's how we actually operate.
We believe we can double the output of our frontline team while only adding 10% to our overhead wage costs. The tool that gets us there is AI, and we're already on the journey. Now we need someone to build alongside us.This isn't a "manage our ChatGPT subscription" role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out, ship-it role. We have ideas. We need someone who turns ideas into working systems and doesn't stop until it actually works.

You'll work closely with our leadership to design and build AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work across our operations, scheduling, communication, estimating, follow-up, reporting. When a tool doesn't have an open API, you don't shrug. You find the workaround. When an agent breaks, you fix it. When something ships, you document it and move to the next problem. Specifically, we're looking for someone who can:
Honestly? We care more about how you're wired than what's on your resume. We need someone who finishes things. Someone who feels genuinely unsatisfied leaving a problem half-solved. Someone who, when they hit a wall at 9 PM, tries one more thing before they close the laptop.That's Tenacity. We need that first. We also need someone who can invent their way around obstacles, because some of what we're trying to build doesn't have a tutorial on YouTube.
