Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Lead Concrete Lifting Technician (Crew Lead) to lead a small crew (1–2 helpers) and take ownership of job quality, safety, and customer experience.

This is not a “just get it done” position. This role exists to protect quality, standards, and our reputation.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing concrete lifting and repair work from start to finish while coaching your crew and setting the standard on site.

What You’ll Do

‍• Lead and work alongside your crew on concrete lifting and repair projects
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to company standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
• Make sound decisions in the field (lift vs. repair, sequencing, qualitychecks)
• Hold helpers accountable respectfully and professionally
• Protect equipment, follow systems, and complete job documentation

Who We’re Looking For

‍Must-Have Qualities
• Direct experience with concrete lifting (polyurethane or similar systems)
• Proven ability to lead or take responsibility for job outcomes
• Calm, professional, and safety-focused under pressure
• Willingness to follow systems and improve how work is done

Nice-to-Have
• Concrete repair, sealing, or drilling experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Equipment troubleshooting experience
