We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager who can lead teams, implement systems, and improve processes across multiple construction divisions. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Project Managers to keep people aligned, production running smoothly, and quality consistently high. Your job is to make life easier for everyone from the field to the front office—by keeping things moving, improving what’s broken, and reinforcing what works.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across divisions
• Increase productivity while maintaining top-tierquality
• Coordinate equipment, people, and materials formaximum efficiency
• Support projects from kickoff to closeout
• Schedule crews effectively across locations andworkloads
• Build training and onboarding programs
• Address performance issues with fairness andclarity
• Keep safety, quality, and morale high
• Work closely with schedulers, estimators, andcrews
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and workflowalignment
• Flag potential issues before they become problems
• Keep quality and communication sharp from top tobottom
• Maintain fleet and equipment to reduce downtime
• Oversee inventory and logistics systems
• Plan and manage specialized equipment use
• Build processes that empower your field teams
• Own and champion our safety culture
• Ensure compliance across the board
• Lead audits and safety improvement initiatives
• Handle operational client comms
• Keep everyone—from crews to executives—in theloop
• Jump in early to resolve concerns and keep thingsrunning smoothly
• 5+ years in operations management (constructionor related field)
• Proven track record of improving systems and teamperformance
• Strong leadership and communication (field +office)
• Experience in scheduling, planning, andcoordination
• Comfort with safety regulations and compliance
• Tech-savvy with a process-building mindset
Compensation range of $70-$95K per year, for hours worked, and will be based on industry
experience. We offer a number of extra benefits as listed below, but maybe subject to a
