Austin Low has done a bit of everything at Beyond and now works on the firestopping team, moved there because he thrives running a job independently. Off the clock it's football — equal parts reset button and accountability coach. What he values most is the culture: "They care about you outside of work… it's like a family… they want you to work hard, and they want you to learn."
