Jayden Schuler is a man of few words, but he’s proof we should bet on the next generation. Part of the fireproofing team, Jayden shows up ready to work. He learns fast and he carries himself like someone with a good head on his shoulders. Outside of work, he nerds out on old country music and old cars, while also being into computers too, which makes him feel like an old soul in a modern world. He says his favorite thing about Beyond is “the great people and good opportunities,” and he’s already helping shape the future of the team through steady effort and solid work. His favorite place to work so far has been Banff, and honestly, we get it, it’s hard to complain about that view. Jayden joined Beyond fresh out of high school through a friend, and since then he’s been proving he’s worth his salt and that he’s one of the real ones.
