Nauman Khan grew up in the mountains of Kashmir and got into spray foam back in 2015, when a friend already working as a helper put his name forward. He's been at it ever since. Newer to Beyond but not to the trade, he came on and quickly took the lead on a large custom home, one of his first big projects with us and one he still points to. "It was a massive house and I got to learn a little bit from it… I was just glad to be part of it as the lead." What he's noticed most so far is the atmosphere and the range of crews he gets to work alongside. Outside of work, his 15-month-old son keeps his hands full.
